We calculate exactly where the sun is, what it's blocked by, and how that changes hour by hour — using real building geometry, not weather-station guesses. It's the same technology behind every sunny-terrace pin on SunSeekr's own map.
Every outdoor space is mapped as its own polygon, so the output isn't a blanket estimate for a building — it's the exact sun-exposed area, and a percentage-of-sun figure, for that specific terrace, hour by hour through the day.
Restaurant and venue platforms use it to show which tables are in the sun right now. Out-of-home advertising networks use it to trigger different creative depending on whether a screen is currently lit or shaded.
