Sun hours come from our measurements of buildings and shadows, which assume a clear sky. Your assistant also gets the forecast, so on a cloudy day it tells you where the sun would be if it breaks through.
Nothing. We only receive the requests your assistant sends us, such as “sunny places near Soho at 3 PM”. Section 2.6 of our privacy policy has the details.
